A complete remake of the 2005's Xebec TV series "Mahou Sensei Negima". The storyline is different as they bypass the whole history of the academy and go right for the Evangeline punch. Other differences are shown such as Setsuna and Konoka are close friends and the fan service is turned down and Chamo-kun is brought in right away. The anime starts with the fight between Nagi (Negi's father) and Evangeline.
